Why the Pure Form Omega Formulation Works

Posted on 11/23/2014 by

Fish Oil starves muscles of essential fuel making you less effective in the gym—the OPPOSITE of what is required for success! Know that this is counter to what many of you are currently using and believe. There is very good evidence behind this statement. British Medical Journal of Nutrition (2003), 90, 777-786 published, “Fish-oil supplementation reduces stimulation of plasma glucose fluxes during exercise in untrained males”.

Concussion Prevention in Sports

Posted on 9/25/2014 by

Hockey and football season is upon us, and as usual, concussions occur more often. There is tremendous pressure on kids and young adults to return from concussions too early. Can You Trust What Your Doctor Says About Nutrition?

Posted on 6/4/2014 by

We tend to forget that we are not machines and food is not just fuel to burn. The way we interact with our environment is quite complex and one of the most basic ways is through what we eat. If you consider the entirety of human existence, it has been only recently that we have had the ability to store and transport food to where it is needed. Before, we where dependent on the seasons and cycles of nature, and our bodies would adapt to those changes (like the bear whose diet changes and when high carbohydrate berries are available in the late summer and fall to allow him to accumulate fat for use during the winter).
