New Study Shows Benefits of Healthy Omega-6 Intake

A new study just released on January 20th 2016 finds strong evidence of proper Omega-6 consumption and lower risk of cardiovascular disease. In fact, looking at the countries of the old Soviet Union, Ukraine had the highest rate of cardiovascular disease and the lowest consumption of Omega-6. This is highly significant given the current health recommendations of increasing Omega-3 and lowering Omega-6 intake. That will turn out to be counter-productive to health.
